So far I’ve been extremely biased with my gift guides but we can’t forget about the boys this Christmas. Therefore, I decided to put together a few different gift ideas ranging from budget to luxury to keep him happy too this festive season! I’m going to shy away from any overly obvious gifts like video games, football jerseys etc… purely because I know absolutely nothing about either of the two! Instead, I thought I’d include some different/alternative ideas for you to ponder about!

Retro Shaving set: While times have changed and we have electric razors and other similar gadgets, there’s something very cute about this vintage shaving set. Coming in at under 30 euro, I think it makes a perfect stocking filler even if it only serves as a nice decor piece in the bathroom! http://www.feelunique.com/p/The-Bluebeards-Revenge-Vanguard-Brush-Stand-Gift-Set

Travel Toiletries Gift set: I just couldn’t write a blog post without including something beauty related! Regardless of what they might say, every guy likes to treat/look after themselves a little. This set is a great idea as it features all the essentials in travel-sized form; a shaving gel, shower gel and multi-purpose gel! Easy for him to trawl around with him and they won’t take up to much space on your beauty shelf! Win Win! http://www.feelunique.com/p/NUXE-Men-Survival-Kit

Ear & Nose trimmer: Gifts can’t always be glamorous and I guess you’d definitely have to file this one under the “practical gifts” category but it really is a nifty tool and something I think most men would find useful to have. http://www.feelunique.com/p/WAHL-Stubble-Rechargeable-Trimmer-Ear-Nose-Trimmer-Gift-Set

Watch & Cufflink set: I spent quite a long time looking through expensive designer cufflink & watch sets but nothing quite caught my eye like this little one from Asos. Both the watch & cufflinks are very simple, with little detail but it’s something he could wear with anything, to anywhere! http://www.asos.com/ASOS/ASOS-Watch-And-Cufflink-Gift-Set/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=4460596&cid=16091&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=204&sort=-1&clr=Gold&totalstyles=584&gridsize=3

Home-made Docking Station: You can buy docking stations pretty much anywhere these days but there’s something about this home-made wooden one from Etsy. It will look really cool in his bedroom and has loads of room for all his necessities. https://www.etsy.com/ie/listing/178595310/docking-station?ref=br_feed_3&br_feed_tlp=gifts

Bluetooth Beanie Hat: I’ve been told more than once, that apparently everything is better with bluetooth. Throw in a weather appropriate hat and you’ve got the perfect gift, right?! https://www.etsy.com/ie/listing/209954131/bluetooth-beanie-hat-wireless-headset?ref=br_feed_60&br_feed_tlp=gifts

Ray-Ban Sunglasses: Men can be fickle when it comes to clothing and rather than dare to guess his waist size why not opt for an accessory. Sunglasses are a winner no matter what his size or taste is and you really can’t go wrong with the classic Ray-bans. The website itself is fun allowing you to completely customise your own pair. http://www.ray-ban.com/ireland

Novelty Suit Pajamas: I’ve really very little to say about this but they are hilariously impractical but somehow completely necessary! Suit pajamas are definitely the way forward and will definitely win you some brownie points or at the very least you’ll get a few chuckles over them! http://www.thisiswhyimbroke.com/suit-pajamas

The toilet seat pedal: Okay, okay I admit, this is more of a gift for you than him but it’s hilariously practical all the same. They might mock you at first but I guarantee you that after the first few early morning uses they’ll be converted! http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000KJZ13C/?tag=047-20

The Breakfast Machine: If he is living away from home/ in college/ or just generally lazy, chances are he’ll love this. Basically, it’s a machine that cooks your breakfast in one. In sort of a grill type machine, you can cook anything from eggs and bacon to waffles. Is it sick that I kinda want this too…?? http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00FO8JUBS/?tag=047-20
The “Experience” gift: Can’t decide on a gift? Or maybe he’s the guy who really has everything? Why not buy him an experience? There are loads to choose from such as driving, sports, adventure, gourmet etc and the price range goes from one extreme to another so you could definitely find something to fit your budget. http://www.giftexperienceireland.ie/
